How do i know if i am eligible for the airdrop?
You can determine if you are eligible for the airdrop by connecting your wallet address used for trading on Zeta with the eligibility checker at https://token.zeta.markets Step by step instructions for checking allocations will also be made clear on the app.
When was the snapshot taken?
The snapshot was taken on 7th June at 00:00 UTC. All Z-Score acquired after the snapshot and before the eligibility checker, will contribute to your Z-Score and $ZEX reward allocation for the Genesis Epoch of Trading Rewards.
How is the airdrop distributed, linear or tiered?
Please refer to the Principles of the airdrop for detailed information around the airdrop distribution.
Is there a deadline by which users need to claim?
Users can claim their airdrop up to 90 days after TGE is announced - any unclaimed tokens will be returned to the community via incentives & campaigns.
What happens to unclaimed tokens?
Any unclaimed tokens after the 90 day claim period will be returned to the community via incentives & campaigns.
What happens to the Zeta Cards?
The Zeta Cards were minted to provide users utility via Z-Score boosts and fun during each specific season of Z-Score (Season 1, and Season 2). Now that Season 2 has ended, Zeta Cards no longer have any utility. Any unburned Z-Cards will serve as a memento of the Zeta Markets pre-TGE era but will no longer be usable on the platform.
What if I closed my Zeta account?
This won't impact your airdrop eligibility but there may be edge cases for specific campaigns - if an account was closed while a campaign was ongoing, you may be ineligible for that campaign.
Why was my wallet flagged as Sybil?
We worked with Allium, a top-tier blockchain data firm who previously worked with Jupiter & Jito, and identified users who created many accounts and or displayed suspicious activity patterns. We won’t be revealing exact methodology here but if you feel this was done incorrectly, please open a ticket on Discord.
What happens to any additional Z-score earned after the snapshot but before the eligibility checker was released?
All Z-Score that is acquired by a user after snapshot and before the eligibility checker, will contribute to the $ZEX reward allocation for the Genesis Epoch - you can see your current Z-Score here! Please note that a new methodology is being used for Z-Score for Trading Rewards, so your Z-score will be calculated slightly differently to before.

What is the Staking Airdrop?
The staking airdrop (2% of supply) rewards token holders that indicate their commitment to Zeta’s long-term success and governance by staking their tokens within the first epoch (28 days) after TGE.
The staking airdrop will be allocated in proportion to a user’s average governance score, gZEX, over the epoch. The longer a user commits to staking their tokens and the more tokens they lock, the larger their gZEX will be. For full details please see Staking $ZEX

Where can I check my allocation?
You can determine if you are eligible for the airdrop by connecting your wallet address used for trading on Zeta with the eligibility checker at https://token.zeta.markets Instructions will also appear on the app.
How do I know my current allocation?
A user can see their $ZEX allocation based on their Z-Score by connecting their wallet with the Eligibility Checker. The final $ZEX allocation is based on their Z-Score, with certain multipliers applied to users that started trading on Zeta earlier, as well as an activity multiplier, rewarding more regular users of the exchange. Can I see a breakdown of my token allocation?
A user can see the breakdown of their token allocation by various components. For full details, please refer to Allocations.
What can I do if I think my allocation is wrong?
Please open a ticket on Discord and follow the process outlined by the team.
What if I’m ineligible?
Don’t worry! For users who did not qualify for the $ZEX TGE Airdrop, there are still many rewards available in the future - notably Trading Rewards are live now with 6M $ZEX up for grabs. 52.5% of token supply has been allocated to platform incentives and community treasury funding multi-year Creator and Ambassador Programs. We also have an active Referral Program that for Genesis Epoch will provide 15% in referred fees and 15% in referred Z-Score to you. This means that if you start trading on Zeta Markets now and participate in the Referral or one of the Grant Programs, you may be eligible for rewards as soon as the end of Genesis Epoch.
What if I buy $ZEX on the open market and stake it - am I eligible for the staking airdrop?
Yes! You can buy $ZEX and stake it just like any other holder of $ZEX.

What is the Immediate Claim?
The Immediate Claim allows users to claim their airdrop at any time. Users can claim all their allocations in full immediately from TGE, along with any portion of the 7-Day Bonus that has already unlocked.
As the 7-Day Bonus continues to unlock, a user opting for an Immediate Claim can claim a larger allocation until the maximum allocation is reached at the end of the 7-day period.
Once a user has claimed their allocation, they may then stake their tokens.
Do I lose out on the staking airdrop if I don’t instant claim and wait for the 7d bonus?
The earlier & longer you stake for, as well as the more you stake, the better your staking airdrop will be. The best option to solve for this is to Diamond Hand Claim where you can claim all allocations immediately and stake all in one go without needing to wait for the 7d bonus.
How do I maximize my staking bonus?
tl;dr stake early, stake more & stake for longer!
The staking airdrop will be allocated in proportion to a user’s average governance score, gZEX, over the epoch. The earlier & longer a user commits to staking their tokens and the more tokens they lock, the larger their gZEX will be.
A user's average govZ will be calculated by sampling gZEX randomly every hour over the course of the epoch. Based on a staker’s average gZEX over the epoch, they will receive a proportional share of the staking airdrop.
For example, if my average gZEX over the first epoch is 100 and the total average gZEX is 10,000, I would receive 1% of the Staking Airdrop.

What is the Genesis epoch?
Zeta Markets will roll out trading rewards, grant programs and governance cycles, each lasting 28 days. The Genesis epoch is the first of these, and started once the airdrop snapshot was taken. It started at the snapshot and will end 28 days after TGE. At the end of the Genesis epoch, rewards from trading & any other programs will be rewarded - all from the UI. What is the purpose of the Genesis epoch?
The Genesis epoch serves as the first of many cycles of growth for Zeta Markets with the goal of creating positive momentum towards the goal of building the best trading platform and onboarding traders all over the world onchain.
Zeta’s trading rewards program aims to incentivize trading on the protocol to stimulate platform growth. The rewards are distributed in the form of $ZEX. They are distributed to the traders based on their Z-Scores at the end of each epoch.
What rewards are available during the Genesis epoch?
